The "Factory Tour", which is included in the Competition Calendar of the Çuhadaroğlu Student Project Competition, hosted by METU for the 20th time this year, was held on July 8, 2024. After the students participating in the competition were welcomed at Çuhadaroğlu Metal Company, billet casting, molding workshop, extrusion lines, surface treatment units, mechanical processing, warehouse - shipping areas were visited, accompanied by the explanation of the production manager and executives. Questions about the production stages of the students, who followed all the processes in detail from the raw state of aluminum to its final form as a structural element, were answered. The factory tour, where the Marketing and Human Resources Departments made presentations, the company was introduced and general information about the Student Project Competition was given, ended with a souvenir photo shoot.
