Murat Ruhi ÇUHADAROĞLU

Murat Ruhi Çuhadaroğlu, who graduated from Syracuse University, Management School Marketing Department in 1987, started his business life as the Manager of Door Sales Department at Çuhadaroğlu Aluminium Industry and Marketing Inc. In 1990, he became External Relations Manager for the same company.
He then served as the Chairman of Çuhadaroğlu Marketing Inc. and as an Assistant General Coordinator of Çuhadaroğlu Aluminium Industry and Marketing Inc. From 1995 to 1999; then he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Çuhadaroğlu Metal Industry and Marketing Inc. between 1999 and 2007. Since 2007, Murat Ruhi Çuhadaroğlu has been alternately serving as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çuhadaroğlu Metal Industry and Marketing Inc. and Çuhadaroğlu Aluminium Industry and Marketing Inc. Murat Çuhadaroğlu is engaged in professional photography as well as his duties in Çuhadaroğlu Group.
Halil Nejat ÇUHADAROĞLU

Halil Nejat Çuhadaroğlu who graduated from the Department of Economics of Syracuse University in 1988 , graduated from Marmara University, Department of Economics in English in 1990.
In 1989, he started his career as Marketing Manager at Çuhadaroğlu Chemistry Industry and Marketing Inc.; then between 1993-1995, he worked as the Vice-General Manager at Çuhadaroğlu Construction Industry and Marketing Inc.; and between 1995-1997, he served as the General Manager at Çuhadaroğlu Chemistry Industry and Marketing Inc. Between 1998-2001, he was a member of the Board of Directors. Çuhadaroğlu Marketing Inc. and Çuhadaroğlu Aluminium Industry and Marketing Inc. Halil Nejat Çuhadaroğlu, who worked as the General Manager at Çuhadaroğlu Metal Industry and Marketing Inc. and Çuhadaroğlu Aluminium Industry and Marketing Inc. between 2001-2004, has been alternately serving as the Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çuhadaroğlu Metal Industry and Marketing Inc. and Çuhadaroğlu Aluminium Industry and Marketing Inc. since 2007. Along with his duties at the Çuhadaroğlu Group, Nejat Çuhadaroğlu is the founder of the HİSART Live History and Diorama Museum, which he opened the first building of Çuhadaroğlu in Çağlayan in 2014.
METİN YILMAZ

Dr. Metin YILMAZ had taken his barchelor, master and doctorate degrees from Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1997 and completed his post-doctoral study at the Institute National Polytechnique de Grenoble in France in 1998. Receiving NATO Science Fellowship, CIES and DAAD scholarships, Yılmaz worked as a visitor researcher at TÜBİTAKMAM and CEMEF France for a while. Mr. Yılmaz joined Çuhadaroğlu Group in 1998 and was in charge as Deputy General Manager between 2003 and 2018 by Çuhadaroğlu Metal San. and Paz. A.S. and as of 2018, he was promoted as a member of the Board of Directors.

Beside being a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Yılmaz is working as a consultant on factory production, technology development, investment and research and development processes. Yılmaz was a lecturer for materials science at Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering Department and served as the chairman of the QUALANOD and BEYSİAD board of directors.
He is currently the chairman of the board of directors of AYID, vice chairman of the board of ESTAL and a member of the board of directors of TALSAD, BEYSİAD, İSİFED, TÜRKONFED, QUALANOD and QUALICOAT. Mr. Yılmaz, who has many publications and patents on his own, takes charge in the executive and advisory boards of many scientific symposiums and conferences.
FERDA BESLİ

Ferda Besli graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. She began her professional career in 1987 at Akbank. During her time at the bank, she held various key positions including inspector, branch manager, head of the corporate banking department, and head of the division responsible for commercial and SME banking. From 2006 to 2011, she served as executive vice president, overseeing commercial banking, SME banking, project finance, and cash management.
She completed an internship at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and received training in marketing strategy at London Business School. Representing Turkey, she participated in meetings held in Barcelona and Brussels, organized by CEPS, an institution foundational to the European Union, where solutions were developed to improve SMEs' access to finance.
She retired in 2011 and founded Besfin Financial Services Inc. in the same year. She currently serves as chair of the board and executive committee of the company. Besfin provides consultancy services in financial strategy and planning, balance sheet management, and debt structuring to well-known medium and large-sized companies in Turkey.
She also offers consultancy services in economics, finance, and banking to two of Turkey’s most prominent NGOs: the Istanbul Chamber of Industry and the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She holds Turkey's Capital Markets Board Level 3 License, Credit Rating License, and Corporate Governance Rating License. She has been a member of TÜSİAD, the World Future Society (WFS), and the UK-based think tank Chatham House. She frequently appears on Bloomberg for finance-related broadcasts and writes weekly columns for the Nasıl Bir Ekonomi newspaper.
ADEM ŞAHİN

Prof. Dr. Adem ŞAHİN graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Social and Administrative Sciences, Hacettepe University in 1979. He received his Master's degree in Economics from the Institute of Social Sciences, Istanbul University in 1984 and completed his Ph.D. in Economics at the same institution in 1988.
Between 1982 and 1989, he served as a Research Assistant at the Department of Economic Policy, Faculty of Economics, Istanbul University. He was appointed Assistant Professor from 1989 to 1996, and Associate Professor from 1996 to 1999 within the same department. From 1999 to 2000, Prof. Dr. ŞAHİN served as Deputy Undersecretary at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and subsequently held the position of Undersecretary from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, he joined the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ) as a faculty member and was promoted to the rank of Professor in 2009. Between 2008 and 2015, he served as Secretary General of TOBB ETÜ. He also held the positions of Vice Rector and Acting Rector between 2014 and 2015, before being appointed Rector of the University in 2015. In 2018, Prof. Dr. ŞAHİN was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE). During the same year, he also served as a Member of the Scientific Board of TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye). His term as Chairman of TSE concluded on 1 June 2022.
Prof. Dr. ŞAHİN is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an Independent Auditor License. He currently continues to serve as a Faculty Member at TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ).
